2. Payment

Lumé Copenhagen accepts payment with Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched.

All amounts are in DKK and include 25% VAT. We use a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties.

3. Delivery

We deliver within Denmark. Orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 business days. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have a 14-day full return right on items purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.

Return costs must be borne by you. Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and from the cancellation, you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after. The notification shall be given via email at contact@lumecph.com.

5. Right of Complaint (Warranty)

A 24-month right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect operation of the product or general wear and tear.

6. Privacy Policy

We only register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you. The personal data is registered with Lumé Copenhagen and kept for five years, after which the data is deleted. We do not sell your data to third parties.
