Shipping
We deliver within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping is 49 DKK. We offer free shipping on all orders over 500 DKK.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. The jewelry must be returned unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@lume-jewellery.dk. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
24-Month Legal Guarantee
Under EU consumer law, you have a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. If your jewelry is faulty upon arrival or breaks due to a production error, contact us for a repair, replacement, or refund.
